Capsicum Telecommunication

You can find our place at 207/1 4 on Nagar Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always cars and bikes zooming past. We deal with telecommunications stuff, mostly phones and the various bits that go with them. It’s a straightforward shop. We have some glass cases with different handsets and a counter where we talk to people about their plans or issues they’re having with their devices. It’s not a huge corporate store. We have a few chairs for people to sit on if there’s a wait. The walls have a few posters but they’re getting a bit old now. We spend most of our time answering questions about SIM cards or why someone's signal is acting up. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window, but we have a small AC unit that tries its best. We’ve been here for a while, and most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood who don’t want to go to the big malls. We don’t do any big promotions. We just open the shop, help whoever walks through the door, and close up in the evening. It’s a regular job for us. Sometimes we run out of a certain recharge card and have to wait for the delivery guy, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We are just a local shop trying to stay helpful.
