Capgemini Software

We are Capgemini Software and our office is based in the Chinchwad area of Pune. This part of Maharashtra is known for being a bit more industrial and practical. Our workspace reflects that too. We don't have any fancy decorations or luxury furniture. It’s just a solid place where we sit down and write code or fix software issues. Most of us live around here so we don't have to deal with the main Pune city traffic as much. The building is simple and easy to find once you know the street. We’ve been here for a while and the staff is pretty steady. We don't spend time on big corporate meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just talk to each other across the desks when something needs fixing. It’s an honest way to work. We have our tea breaks and sometimes we talk about the local news. The office stays pretty busy during the week. We just want to make sure the software we handle works like it’s supposed to. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We’re just regular people doing a technical job. It’s a bit noisy when the nearby factories are working hard, but it’s a good environment for getting things done. We just keep our focus on the screen and get through the week.
