Capgemini Software Limited

Capgemini Software Limited is located at F1, Chandranil Apt, on Alandi Road in the Yerwada area of Pune. It is a bit different from the massive IT parks you usually see in the city. We are in an apartment building, which gives the whole place a more personal and local feel. We spend our days sitting at our desks, working on software and writing plenty of code. The office is small enough that we all know what everyone else is working on, and it’s a pretty quiet place most of the time. Yerwada is a busy part of Pune, and the traffic on Alandi Road can be quite something during the peak hours, so many of us have our own schedules to avoid the worst of it. We don't have any fancy stuff like a gym or a cafeteria. We usually just bring our own lunches or go to one of the small shops nearby for a quick snack. It’s a very simple and grounded way to work. We aren't trying to sound like a giant multinational; we’re just a group of people doing our jobs and making sure the software works the way it’s supposed to. Sometimes we stay late to finish a task, and other times we leave a bit early if things are slow. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their best.
