We operate out of G-37 in the Chidanand Housing Society. It is tucked away on Sus Road in the Pashan area. Working from a housing society means it feels more like a home than a cold office building. We have a small garden area nearby, and sometimes you can hear the kids playing outside in the afternoons. It’s a peaceful place to be. We’ve set up our desks and computers in the main room, and the walls are mostly covered with charts and calendars. Pashan is a nice part of the city because it’s not as loud as the center, though the traffic on Sus Road is definitely getting heavier these days. We spend our mornings responding to emails and checking on our shipments. There’s a small kitchen where we make our own coffee. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek corporate look. We just need a quiet place where we can focus on the pharmaceutical side of things. Most of us live within a short drive or a bus ride. The society security guards know us well and we’ve become a part of the daily routine here. It’s just an honest, small-scale operation. We do our work, pack up in the evening, and head home. It is a decent way to spend the work week without too much stress. There is a small grocery store nearby where we get our daily snacks.
