We’re based in Ghorpadi at a place called Amar Ambience. Our office is Flat F 402. Calormen Brand Technologies Private Limited has been running from here for a bit now. It’s a comfortable spot that doesn't feel like a typical sterile office environment. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, but mostly we all sit together in the main area to stay connected. Ghorpadi is a decent part of town, and getting to Amar Ambience isn't too difficult for the team members. We didn’t want a fancy corporate address because we prefer the quiet of a residential building. It feels more personal this way for us. We spend our hours working on various digital things and making sure we stay on top of our deadlines. Sometimes we get a bit distracted by the view from the window or the sounds of the neighborhood, but we always manage to get back to the tasks at hand. There’s no dress code or strict rules about exactly when you have to be at your desk, as long as the work gets finished. We’re just a group of people who enjoy what we do and found a place that lets us work in peace. We keep a stash of biscuits and some instant coffee in the kitchen for when energy gets a bit low in the afternoon. It’s a simple, honest setup that really suits our style of working and living without all the corporate fuss.
