Call Care

You can find us on D.R. Road. Call Care is a small operation. We don't have a huge building, just our space here. D.R. Road is always busy with traffic and people going to work. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s a simple setup. We have our desks and our phones. Most of the time it’s just the sound of people talking. We don't have any corporate slogans or a mission statement on the wall. We just come in and do our jobs. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. The office is a bit old, but it works for what we need. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. Sometimes the D.R. Road traffic makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We aren't very fancy. We don't have a marketing department. If people hear about Call Care, it's usually because someone else told them about us. We like the local feel of being on this road. It’s easy for us to get to, and most people know the area. We just keep our heads down and work. That’s the way it is at Call Care. We are just regular people doing a job on D.R. Road. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Each day is about finishing the tasks and going home.
