C E S I Pvt Ltd is based on the first floor of Ronak Residency, specifically in unit 3A. We are located right across from Maldhakka in the Mumbai-Pune area, with the pincode 411 019. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator most of the time. The building is right on the main road, so it is very easy to find. Maldhakka is a busy spot, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our windows. We can hear the trucks and the buses going by all day. Inside, the office is pretty simple. We haven't done much to the place since we moved in. There are some stains on the carpet and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't bother us. We are here to work, not to look at the decor. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and coffee. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we all try to have lunch at once. The location is good for getting around Pune or heading towards Mumbai. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't keep things perfectly tidy all the time. It feels like a real workplace where people actually do things. We just keep our heads down and get on with our daily tasks without much fuss.
