Our place is C C Engineers Pvt Ltd Pune, and you can find us at Nimabaj Nagar, specifically in the A Building. We are in Flat No. 25, which is on the 12/1/1 plot. It is quite close to Nirmal Township, so if you are in that area of Sunci, we are not hard to spot. Working out of an apartment building is different from a big glass office, but it works for us. It feels a bit more like home and less like a cold workplace. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and it gets quite busy during the week. The area around here is growing, and there is always some construction or something going on nearby. Pune weather is usually decent, so we keep the balcony door open for some air when it is not too dusty. Rajendra Bhalchandra Vaidya is the name associated with the spot. We mostly deal with local folks and other businesses around town. Sometimes the parking in the complex is a bit of a headache for visitors, but we manage. It is a quiet enough spot to get the engineering work done without too many distractions. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just us in there, working on our projects and making sure things are moving along. Most of the neighbors know us by now and they see us coming and going at all hours.
