C. Accurate Cutting Corporation

Out here at Plot No. 239 in Hadapsar, things stay pretty loud. C. Accurate Cutting Corporation is right near Akashwani, so if you know the area, you know it’s mostly industrial stuff and heavy machinery. We spend the bulk of our time just focusing on the machines and making sure the cuts are straight. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean; by the time lunch rolls around, everyone’s got a bit of grit on their clothes. The shop floor is always covered in water and stone fragments because that’s just how the cutting process works. We don’t have much of a front desk or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and find someone near the back saws. It’s a straightforward operation. We get the slabs in, we measure them out, and we get to work. Sometimes the power goes out or a blade gets dull, and we have to pause everything to fix it, which is just part of the routine in Hadapsar. We’ve been at this plot for a good while now, and the surrounding buildings have mostly stayed the same. It’s a gritty part of town, but it suits what we do. We aren't trying to be anything other than a place that cuts stone. Most days are just about hitting the numbers and getting the pieces ready for whoever is coming to pick them up in their tempo or truck.
