Our office is located in Kothrud, which is one of the older, more established parts of Pune. We are Byteview Technologies Llp, and you can find us at Shivpadma, S No 98, Plot 41, Flat 1A, in Bhusari Colony. Kothrud has its own vibe, very different from the newer IT hubs like Hinjewadi. Bhusari Colony is a quiet place with lots of trees and older houses, which makes working here feel a lot more relaxed than being in a crowded office park. We are on the ground floor, so it's easy to step out for a minute if we need some air. The space is small, just a flat really, but it's enough for what we do. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy job titles. Everyone just does a bit of everything to keep things moving. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are around or when there's a festival, but we don't mind. We focus on our tech work, mostly sitting at our computers for long hours. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee. It’s not a shiny glass office like you see in magazines, but it’s comfortable and it’s ours. Most of us have been working together for a while now, so we know each other's habits well. We like being in Kothrud because the food around here is great and it feels like a real neighborhood instead of a business zone.
