We are over here at Swedganga Society in Warje, Pune. It’s a pretty busy spot honestly, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from their jobs. Our space is at PN 50 and we’ve been working out of here for a while now. The office isn't anything too fancy, just some desks and computers and a lot of cables everywhere. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because we're right in the middle of a residential area at SN4/2, but it’s nice being part of a real neighborhood instead of a cold business park. We handle various tech things at Bytes Arena Solutions Private Limited but mostly we just focus on getting through the daily tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up or the chai guy comes late, but that’s just how it goes in a small office. The people working here are mostly locals or folks who moved to Pune for work. We don't really have big meetings or anything, usually just a quick chat over some tea to figure out what needs doing for the day. It feels more like a small team trying to keep things running. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the screens to notice. Being in Warje means we have some good food spots nearby which is a plus for lunch. It’s just a normal place where people come to do their jobs and then head home. No big speeches, just work.
