If you're looking for us, we're Byteplexure Technologies Private Limited and we're in the Orchid Serenity building, specifically B/601, over in Baner. It’s right behind the Hyundai showroom on the Pune Highway. You can hear the constant traffic from the highway all day long, which is just part of the atmosphere here. Baner has changed so much lately, it’s all tall buildings and fancy cafes now, but our spot is tucked away just enough to feel private. The office is on the sixth floor. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve managed to fill it up with gear and desks pretty quickly. We aren't very formal here. You’ll usually see people in jeans and t-shirts just trying to solve some coding problem or talking about a project over lunch. We don't have those fancy break rooms with ping pong tables or bean bags; we mostly just hang out by the water cooler or go downstairs when we need a break from the screen. Finding the entrance behind the car showroom can be a bit tricky the first time you visit, but once you know where it is, it's easy. We like the location because it’s easy to get onto the highway after work, even if the Pune traffic is a nightmare. It’s just a group of us doing tech stuff in a growing part of the city. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't worry too much about the corporate side of things, we just focus on the work.
