Bvg Global Farmworks is situated at Survey Number 438 in the Sagar Complex. This is right by Nashik Phata in Kasarwadi. If you know Pune, you know how busy this junction can get with all the traffic coming and going. Our office is right in the middle of that noise. We deal with farmworks on a larger scale. The complex itself is quite big and has many different businesses, but we have our own spot where we handle all our logistics. It gets pretty loud with the vehicles outside, but we’re used to it. We have a few rooms filled with files and maps of the areas where we work. Our staff is usually out on the field, but this is where we all meet up to discuss the week's plans. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a clock that’s a couple of minutes fast. Being in Kasarwadi is helpful because it connects us to different parts of the state easily. We aren't trying to be a fancy corporate entity. We are just people who know a lot about farming and want to make sure the work gets done right. Sometimes we grab lunch at the small stalls nearby. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We’ve been at Sagar Complex for a while and it’s become our second home. It is dusty and noisy, but it is our place.
