Our workspace is actually inside House Number 13 at the Karmavir Housing Society on Senapati Bapat Road. It is a bit of a different setup since we are operating out of a residential area in Pune. Being c/o Smti Swapna Vilas Dhumal gives it a very home-like feel compared to those big tech parks you see on the other side of town. The traffic on SB Road can get pretty loud during rush hour but inside the society, it stays relatively quiet. We spend our days staring at screens and trying to figure out software problems. It’s a lot of typing and occasionally some loud debating over code. The office isn't very large so we all know what everyone else is doing at any given moment. We don't have a fancy cafeteria, so we usually just head out to the local spots near the society for tea or snacks. Working in a house means we have to be mindful of the neighbors and keep things respectful. It’s a simple life here. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, it's just us in our casual clothes trying to finish a project before the deadline hits. Pune's weather is mostly nice, so we keep the windows open when it isn't too dusty outside. It is just a group of people doing their jobs in a regular Pune neighborhood without any corporate pretense or unnecessary formalities getting in the way.
