Busicorp Solutions India Private Limited is tucked away on the fourth floor of building G at Windsor County, Phase 3. We are right behind the D-Mart in Ambegaon, Pune, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are, though the traffic near the store can be a nightmare on weekends. Flat number 413 is where all the action happens. It’s a regular residential-style space we converted so we could have a quiet place to work. We have a few computers set up, a printer that jams way too often, and a balcony where we go to get some air. Being in Pune 411046, we get that nice breeze sometimes, but mostly it's just the sound of the ceiling fan spinning. There are no fancy boardrooms here. We usually just huddle around the dining table if we need to discuss something. It feels very local and down-to-earth because that’s exactly what it is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or expensive furniture. We just focus on the business at hand. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking on the phone. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big city office. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the routine suits us just fine. It’s just a group of regular people working hard in a quiet corner of the Ambegaon neighborhood.
