Bukwang Tech India Private Limited is situated at The Address Commercia, which is right by the Wakad Hinjewadi flyover in Shankar Kalate Nagar. Being in Pune, specifically near that flyover, means we deal with a lot of traffic noise, but it's a good spot for a business since it’s so easy to find. We moved into this office a while back and it’s been our home base ever since. It’s a decent building and it gives us a place to sit down and get our daily tasks out of the way without much distraction. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs well and keep things moving forward. Most of us have been in the tech field for a bit, so we know our way around the common issues that pop up. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and some occasional chatting about what to eat for lunch or the weather. It’s a pretty standard workspace. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels like there is always energy around us. We don't really go for fancy titles or complicated hierarchies here. Everyone just chips in and helps where they can. It's practical and straightforward. We've had some ups and downs like any other small business, but we are still here and doing okay. If you’re ever stuck in traffic near the flyover, you’re basically right next to where we spend our days.
