We run things out of Flat 403 in Building Number 2 over at F Residences in Wadgaon Sheri. It’s a residential area, so it stays pretty lively with neighbors coming and going. Brucos Catering And Tiffin Services Llp is basically us handling a lot of food and containers every single day. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons, and there is always something bubbling on the stove. We start pretty early to get the morning batches out on time. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all those survey numbers like SNo 7/1 to 7/5, but most delivery folks find us eventually. Being in Pune, we see a lot of people who just need a decent meal while they’re at work. We aren't some massive factory; it’s just a practical setup where we keep things moving. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, which is a pain when you're carrying heavy bags. We have our routine down now, from chopping vegetables to packing up the tiffin boxes. It’s hard work and your hands get tired by the end of the shift. We don't have any fancy talk about our goals. We just focus on getting the food packed right and sent out to the people waiting for it. The noise of the city is always there in the background while we work.
