Brightwave Ites Private Limited

Our office is located in Talegaon Dabhade, which is a bit outside the main Pune city area. We’re in Shop No. 19 at Shubharambha in Samson Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the noise of the city center. Brightwave is a small operation. We focus on IT-enabled services, which is mostly just data work and back-end stuff for different projects. The shop is on the ground floor, so it’s very easy to get in and out during the day. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or a big lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a straightforward, honest workspace. We have a few computers and some chairs that have definitely seen better days. Most of us live quite nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for the team. We know most of the neighbors around the shop. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps for a bit when the weather is nice in the evenings. It gets a bit dusty because of the road being so close, but we keep the place clean enough. We don't do any big marketing or advertising. People usually just find us or we work with people we’ve known for years. It’s a small team, just a handful of us really. We share snacks and complain about the heavy rain when it’s monsoon season. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone helps out with whatever needs doing, even if it’s just fixing a router. It’s a basic setup that works for us.
