Brainstorm Force

Brainstorm Force is over in Hinjawadi, but we are specifically in the Virgo Nagar area. It’s a bit away from the massive office towers, which we actually prefer. Our office is a place where a lot of actual building happens. We aren’t just sitting in meetings all day. We are working on tech products and trying to make them useful. The office itself is pretty lived-in. We have posters, some plants that are struggling a bit, and a lot of hardware lying around. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a workspace. Hinjawadi can be a nightmare for traffic, but Virgo Nagar feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We have a small team of people who really know their stuff. We don't have a corporate handbook telling us how to think. We just get together and talk about what needs to be done. Sometimes the ideas are good, sometimes they aren't, but we always keep trying. We don't use a lot of big words to describe our work. We just show what we’ve built. It’s a very practical way to spend the day. We share the work and the occasional box of sweets when someone has a birthday. It’s a simple, human environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to do good work right here in our corner of Hinjawadi.
