Our office for Brainpower Software Pvt Ltd Pue is a bit unusual because it’s actually in a residential building. We’re at Flat No 16, Building No 9A, in Padmanabham, which is in Tirupati Nagar, Warje. It’s in Pune, with the 411052 area code. Working out of a flat gives the whole business a very different feel than being in a big glass office. It’s quieter, for one thing, except for the usual neighborhood sounds. We do software development here. It’s mostly a few of us sitting around with our laptops, trying to figure out bugs and build new features. We like it this way because we don't have to deal with a lot of the corporate nonsense. We can just focus on the code. Tirupati Nagar is a decent area, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us well. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. People who need us usually find us through referrals or old colleagues. It’s a small operation, and we like it like that. We spend a lot of time ordering in food and working late when we’re close to a deadline. It’s not a fancy life, but we’re building things that work, and that’s what matters to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work from our little corner in Warje. It’s been our home for a while now.
