We are set up in a row house over in Mundhwa, Pune. Specifically, it is Row House Number 3 in Solace Park, right at S No 52/1. Being in a row house makes the whole work day feel a bit different than if we were in a big office block. Brain9 Services India is the name on the paperwork, but here it’s just us working through our service tasks. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when you need to focus. You won’t find any big corporate logos or marble floors here. It’s a practical space with desks shoved into the rooms where they fit best. We have a small kitchen area where we grab water and snacks. Most of us live around this part of Pune, so the commute to Mundhwa isn’t too stressful. The house itself has a bit of character, and we’ve made it our own over time. There are always some papers lying around and too many cables under the desks, but that’s just how we operate. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want a place where the internet stays on and we can get our work done without too many distractions. It feels more like a home base than a workplace. Sometimes we step outside into the garden area for a break when the weather isn’t too hot. It’s a simple setup that works for a team like ours.
