If you go to the Rajad Dnyanpeeth Building in Dhankavadi, you’ll find us up on the first floor. Brain Infotech has been operating out of this space right across from the Post Office for a good while. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the post office is. We spend most of our time working on various tech issues for people in the area. The stairs up to the shop are a bit steep but once you’re inside, it’s a decent little workspace. We’ve got benches set up for hardware repairs and a couple of desks for the software side of things. It’s not a flashy place with bright lights and fancy displays. It’s more of a practical workshop where we get our hands dirty with computer parts. We see a lot of students and local families who need their laptops fixed or want to upgrade their old systems. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when we have several projects going at once, but we make it work. We keep things pretty simple around here. We don’t have a large staff, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most days involve a lot of coffee and troubleshooting. We like being in Dhankavadi because it’s a lively neighborhood with a lot going on. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who live nearby and need some help.
