We’ve been here at Gat No 102/A in Jyotiba Nagar for a while now. If you know the Talawade Road area, you probably passed by the Zunka Hotel behind us. That’s where we usually grab a quick lunch when the shop gets busy. We are just a bunch of people who like to get our hands dirty with engineering stuff. It is not fancy here, just a regular workshop with machines and a lot of metal lying around. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when we have big orders to finish, but that is how it goes in this line of work. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing long emails. Most of our day is spent out on the floor making sure things are being put together right. Brahmand Engineers Pvt. Ltd. isn't some huge corporation with hundreds of people in suits. It’s mostly us in our work gear. If you come by, you’ll hear the machines running and maybe see us arguing about a drawing or how to fix a part that isn't sitting right. We just do our job and go home to our families. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, but we manage. The road out front gets pretty dusty in the summer, but the location works for us. We've stayed in Talawade because this is where the work is and we know the area well.
