Boyd & Moore (Cyrica)

Working out of R-216 in the Government Quarters in Shastrinagar is a bit different from your typical office building setup. We go by Boyd & Moore (Cyrica) and we have been based here in Pune for a bit. The 411006 area is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. Our daily routine involves a lot of searching and talking to people about their careers. We are mostly focused on finding specific talent for companies that need very particular skills. It takes a lot of patience to sift through all the data and find that one person who fits. The office itself is quite functional. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, like it does anywhere, but we just work around it. Being in the government quarters means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day, which gives the place a familiar feel. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We are just here doing the research and the outreach that's needed to fill positions. It’s a lot of staring at screens and taking notes. We try to be thorough because that’s what this kind of work requires. It is honest work and we are happy to be doing it here in Shastrinagar.
