Bonasys It Solutions Private Limited is located out in Shindewadi, which is part of the Bhor Taluka in Pune district. We are in Mauli Park, specifically in Flat No B 301. It’s quite far from the main Pune city, which gives us a very different perspective on work. Most tech companies are in the city, but we like it out here. It’s much more peaceful and you don't have to deal with the constant noise of traffic. The building is a regular apartment complex. We use one of the flats as our office space. It’s simple, with enough room for our team and our equipment. We have a kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea, and a balcony where we can see the hills around Bhor. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes to visit, they just knock on the door of the flat. We mostly focus on IT services and solutions, sitting at our computers for most of the day. The internet connection is good, which is really all we need to stay connected to our clients. It’s a small operation, but we like the independence of being away from the big tech hubs. Most of our days are just quiet work, punctuated by some lunch and occasional chats about life in the village. It’s a long way from the city lights, but we like the quiet.
