Bmacs Solutions (Opc) Private Limited

If you head out towards Wagholi in Pune, you’ll find us in the Ivy Estate area. Specifically, we are in E-704 of the Ivy Botanica building. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which is nice because it’s slightly quieter. Bmacs Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation, technically an OPC, so it’s very hands-on. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just us working through whatever technical problems are on the schedule for that day. The view from the seventh floor is alright, though we spend most of our time looking at our monitors anyway. We moved into this space because it felt like a good place to focus. Wagholi has grown quite a bit, and there are more shops and places to grab a quick bite now than there used to be. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We start early, brew some tea, and dive into the work. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We don't wear formal clothes unless there is a very specific reason to. Mostly, it’s just jeans and t-shirts while we figure out solutions for our projects. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being part of the 412207 community. It feels like a real neighborhood, not just a business district, which makes coming to work feel a bit more grounded and real.
