Blazon Softwares

Blazon Softwares is situated on the ground floor on AS CharStreet in Chinchwad. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators or stairs when we're carrying equipment in. The office is a basic setup with rows of desks and quite a few fans to keep the air moving. Chinchwad is a busy industrial and residential mix, and AS CharStreet reflects that. We've been here for a while, just focusing on software development and coding tasks. It's a quiet environment for the most part, aside from the sound of keyboards clicking away. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually just knock on the door and walk in. Our team is a mix of people who have been coding for decades and some newer faces. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. No team-building exercises or mission statements on the walls. We just have a list of tasks and we work through them. Sometimes we get stuck on a bug for hours, and other times things go smoothly. We eat our lunch together at the back of the office most days. It’s just a normal workplace. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to get to by bus or bike. It’s a practical space for practical work, and we plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. We just keep our heads down and do the coding until the day is over.
