You can find us at the Downtown City Centre, or DTC as everyone calls it, right near Mhatre Bridge. We’re up on the 6th floor of the A Wing. It’s a good spot in Erandwane, and being in Vakil Nagar means we’re close to a lot of stuff in Pune. The bridge traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to time our arrival to avoid the worst of it. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a lot of computers and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles that only half of us understand. There’s a nice view from the 6th floor if you like looking at rooftops and the river area. We aren't big on corporate formality here. Usually, someone has music playing quietly, and there’s always a debate about where to go for lunch nearby. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our wing sometimes if it’s your first visit. We’ve been here for a while and the space has kind of shaped itself around how we work. It’s messy in a productive way, with stacks of papers and various gadgets lying around. We just do our software work and try to keep things moving. It feels like a real workplace where things actually happen, rather than a showroom. Most days are just spent trying to solve problems together without too much fuss. We're used to the sounds of the city below.
