Blakomi Private Limited

Our workspace is located in Fugewadi, in the Mayanagari housing society. We are in the B Type building, specifically in Flat 39/B. It’s a standard residential complex, so coming to work feels a lot like going home. Blakomi Private Limited is just a small operation. We chose this spot because it’s a bit away from the main chaos of central Pune. The view from our window is mostly other buildings and a bit of the industrial area nearby. We spend our mornings going through tasks and the afternoons trying to wrap things up. It’s a simple setup with just desks, chairs, and our computers. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. If we want a break, we just walk down to the grocery store on the ground floor. The elevator in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. It keeps us moving. We are a small crew and we do everything ourselves. If the floor needs sweeping or the printer needs new ink, one of us just does it. We don't have a corporate structure with managers and sub-managers. It’s just us. Most of us live within a few kilometers, so we don't spend half our lives in traffic. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of doing things. No one here cares about job titles or wearing formal shoes.
