Black Sparrows Web Solutions is up on the seventh floor, unit A-705, over in Khondhwa. The view from the window is actually pretty nice, which helps when you've been staring at a screen for eight hours straight. We’re a bunch of people who just like building things for the web. It’s not as mysterious as the name might sound. We just liked how it sounded when we registered the business. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure buttons actually do what they say. It’s a lot of trial and error some days. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. Usually, one of us just picks up the phone if someone calls. We try to be helpful and give clear answers without all the tech talk that confuses people. The office is a bit cluttered with extra monitors and old keyboards, but it’s comfortable. We drink a lot of coffee and sometimes order in food when we’re too busy to go out. We’ve had a few ups and downs like any business, but we’re still here doing our thing. People around Khondhwa seem to know where we are now. We just take it one day at a time and try to finish the week with everything working properly. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we have to redo a whole section of work, but that is just how we learn.
