Our spot is at Chikkanna Layout 105, right along the Pune-Satara Road in the Kasaba Hobli area. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. We do various business support tasks here. Our office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a printer that jams every now and then. We don't go in for fancy decor. Most of the time we are busy with data or coordinating things for different clients. It’s a lot of admin work that needs to be done right. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way because we like knowing everything that’s going on. We don't have a big hierarchy; we just all pitch in. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a client calls with a problem, we all try to figure it out. Being on the Pune-Satara Road means we get a lot of people dropping in because they saw our sign while stuck in traffic. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a good job. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and maybe some old lunch menus. We’ve been in this layout for years and we know the other shop owners around here pretty well. It's a good community.
