Our office is tucked behind the Mahamarg Bus Stand at Gaikwad Nagar. We are on the second floor of Dattasiddhi Apartment. It’s a convenient spot because of the buses, even if it gets a little loud with all the announcements and engines. We’ve grown used to the noise over time. Inside the apartment, it’s a different world where we focus on infosystems and data stuff. We are a small crew, mostly local people who didn’t want to commute all the way to the big tech parks. The office has a small kitchen where we make way too much tea. We don’t have a HR department or a marketing team. We just have people who are good at what they do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other instead of staring at screens. The apartment layout is a bit weird for an office, with some desks in what used to be a bedroom, but it makes the place feel less stiff. We don’t do big presentations or use a lot of jargon. If a client comes by, we just sit around the main table and talk like normal human beings. It’s been our home base for a while and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It suits our needs perfectly and keeps us close to the city center.
