Bitwhiz Technologies Llp is located in Baner Gaon, which is a pretty well-known part of Pune. We’re in 102 Kranti Heights, right near the Vitthal Mandir. Having the temple nearby is actually a good landmark for people trying to find us. Baner has changed so much over the years, becoming a big hub for all kinds of companies, but we are in a slightly older, more established section. The office is on the first floor, which is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator most of the time. It’s a modest space. We have a few desks, some chairs, and the usual tech stuff. It’s not one of those big glass buildings you see further down the road. It feels more like a local workplace. We spend most of our hours here, sometimes staying late if there’s a lot to catch up on. The atmosphere in Kranti Heights is generally quiet. We know some of the neighbors, and it feels like a real neighborhood rather than just a business district. We handle everything ourselves, from the actual technical work to the boring administrative stuff. There’s no big HR department or anything like that here. It’s just a small group of us working out of this room in 411045. We like the location because there are plenty of places to eat around Baner Gaon when we need a break.
