Our place is in Peace Valley, specifically Flat 301. We are located on Maske Vasti Road in Ravet. It’s a quieter part of the area compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for our daily work. Bitflyer Technologies isn't a big name you’d see on billboards around Pune. We are just a handful of people working out of a converted residential space. This gives the office a very casual feeling, almost like being at home. We often have lunch together around the main table and talk about whatever is on our minds. The survey number 95 plot 26 is our specific spot on the map. Ravet is growing fast, but our corner remains relatively calm most of the time. We focus on our tech tasks and try to stay out of the corporate rat race. There are no fancy meetings or long presentations here. We just sit down, open our laptops, and start working on whatever needs fixing. If someone has a problem, we just huddle around their screen and figure it out together. We have a few plants on the balcony that we sometimes remember to water. It’s an honest way to earn a living. We don't claim to be changing the world. We just want to provide decent technology services to the people who need them. The commute isn't too bad for most of us, and that’s a big plus in a city like this, where traffic is a constant worry.
