Bitbyte Systems Private Limited

Our office is located at Stanza, which is in the Pandhare Wasti area of Punawale. It’s a part of Pune that is seeing a lot of new buildings and construction lately. We are in AC 402, and it’s a decent space for the kind of systems work we do. Bitbyte Systems isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people who actually enjoy working on technical problems together. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't have strict rules about what you wear or when you take a break, as long as the work gets done by the end of the week. There’s a lot of construction going on around Punawale, so it can get a bit dusty if we leave the windows open, but the view from the fourth floor is okay. We spend most of our time at our desks. Sometimes we talk about things other than work, like cricket or what we’re having for dinner. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a local business trying to make our way in the city. The team is a mix of people from different parts of Pune. We chose this location because it’s much easier for some of us to commute here than to the main city center. It’s a straightforward setup with computers, a few whiteboards, and plenty of power strips on the floor. We keep to ourselves and focus on our projects every day.
