Bit Mapper Integration Technologies

We run Bit Mapper Integration Technologies out of our office in Kothrud, specifically over on 3rd Main, New Bel Road B/1. It’s a decent sized space where we keep all our gear. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure things out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The team is small, just a handful of us who’ve been working together for a while. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. The area here in Kothrud is usually pretty lively, which is nice when we need to step out for a tea break. We try to keep up with everything that’s changing in the industry, though it feels like it moves too fast sometimes. Our workspace is usually covered in cables and various parts, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for big corporate meetings or long presentations. We just talk through what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a practical approach that keeps us busy. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it suits us fine. People find us when they have a problem they can’t solve themselves. We just keep our heads down and work through the list. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and testing, but that's the nature of the work.
