It's a fairly quiet residential-type area, so it doesn't feel like those big tech parks you see on the other side of the city. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is on Survey No 4 5. It’s a straightforward place where we do our integration work. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with a fountain. It’s mostly just us working on computers and hardware stuff. People in Pune know Karve Nagar is a good spot, easy enough to get to if the traffic isn't too bad. We started this company because we had the skills and wanted to stay local. We don't go in for all those corporate buzzwords you see in magazines. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we stick to regular hours. The neighborhood is nice, and there are plenty of tea stalls nearby for a quick break. We handle a lot of technical things that most people find boring, but we quite enjoy it. It’s a steady pace here. Nothing too crazy happens, just honest work in a regular Pune office building. We've grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small team.
