We are located on the second floor of a building along the Hadapsar Pune Solapur Road. If you look across the street, you can see the Mega Center, which is always busy. At Bioenable Technologies, our daily routine is mostly about software and biometric hardware. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and testing out fingerprint scanners or face recognition cameras. The office is a bit of a mix of high-tech gadgets and regular old office clutter. We have stacks of boxes in the corners and cables running along the baseboards. We aren't a huge, faceless corporation; we’re just a group of people who are really into how this technology works. Some days are spent troubleshooting bugs that don't seem to make sense, and other days we’re helping a customer over the phone who can’t get their device to sync. It’s not always smooth sailing, and we definitely have our share of frustrations when things don't go as planned. We usually eat our lunch together in a small break area, talking about things other than work just to give our brains a rest. The road outside is constantly loud with traffic, but inside we just focus on the screens and the devices on our desks. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising or big events. We just keep working on the technology and trying to make it a little bit better each day we come in, even if it’s slow going.
