Bilcare Research Ltd operates from unit D702 in the Supreme Palms complex in Balewadi, Pune. Balewadi has changed a whole lot lately with all the new high-rise buildings going up everywhere, but we have been settled in this spot for a bit now. Our office is up on the seventh floor, so we get a decent view of the city surroundings from the windows. It is a fairly modern space, though it still feels like a real working office with boxes and files tucked into the corners and under the tables. We spend most of our working hours at our desks, going through technical details and keeping track of our various projects. Since we are located in a residential-style complex, it is a bit more peaceful than being right down on the main highway. We have a small balcony where we can step out for a minute if we need to get some fresh air or clear our heads. It is just a small group of us working here together. We don't have any kind of big corporate culture or strict rules. We mostly just focus on the work at hand and help each other out whenever things get too busy. The elevators in Supreme Palms can be a bit slow in the morning, so we have all learned to be a little patient. We like the location because it is fairly easy to get to, and there are good places nearby to eat.
