We are over at Pentagon Tower-P3, tucked away in Office Number 104. It’s a standard office building, so things are usually pretty orderly around here. Kirsolkar Chillers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a good bit now. Mostly, we spend our time coordinating different projects and making sure the chillers are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking at spreadsheets. Not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s how we keep things moving. The team usually grabs tea downstairs when we have a break. We handle larger cooling systems, the kind you find in big buildings or factories. It is a lot of responsibility because if a chiller stops, things get uncomfortable fast. We’ve got a mix of young guys and some who have been in the industry since before I can remember. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, especially with all the manuals stacked up on the desks. We don't really do the big fancy advertisements. Most people find us because they need a specific part or some technical advice on their cooling plants. The elevators in the tower can be slow in the mornings, but we make it work. It’s just a regular group of people doing a technical job. We try to be helpful and get the details right the first time. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
