If you come find us at Plot No. 37 / 1 in the Pimpri MIDC area, you’ll see we are right in the middle of a lot of other factories. Our space on the Block Floor -Ll is basically a workshop where we put together different types of industrial equipment. It is not a clean environment by any means. There is usually the smell of welding and metal shavings on the floor. We spend our days looking at technical drawings and trying to make sure the parts fit together like they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and we have to spend hours grinding things down or starting over. We aren't some massive corporation with layers of management; it’s mostly just the guys on the floor and a small office space for the bills. The phone rings a lot with people asking about spare parts or when a machine will be ready. We try to give honest answers, even if it’s not what they want to hear about delays. The MIDC area is always noisy with trucks and other plants running, so you have to shout a bit to be heard. We’ve been at Process Masters Equipments Pvt.Ltd. for a while, and we’ve learned that things rarely go perfectly on the first try. We just keep working at it until the equipment is ready to be loaded onto a truck and sent out to the client. It is just plain industrial work.
