Over in Pune, you can find us at P-402 in the Mayur Nagari Phase-II complex. We are in the Pimple Gurav area. This branch of Sycone Cpmc Pvt Ltd is where we handle our local projects. It’s a decent-sized office, but it’s definitely not a corporate showroom. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets filled with project reports. The vibe is pretty quiet most of the time, except when a deadline is coming up. Then it gets a bit frantic with people shouting over the phones and printers running non-stop. We do project management and consultancy, which basically means we watch over construction jobs to make sure they aren't falling apart. It’s a lot of responsibility but we’ve been doing it for years. We know the local contractors in Pune and how things work around here. We don't use any fancy talk or try to impress anyone with big titles. We’re just regular people who know a lot about buildings. If you come by, you might find us arguing over a schedule or trying to fix the stapler. It’s a real office with real problems. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish the work we started and go home to our families. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for us and the people we work for.
