You can find our place at S.No. 81/4B in Shivne, right near the Agarwal Godown. It’s a bit of an out-of-the-way spot, but it gives us the space we need for our control systems work. The area around the godown is usually busy with trucks and loading, so there is always something going on outside. Inside our doors, we focus on the technical side of things. We have workbenches set up with different components and tools for assembly and testing. It isn't a showroom; it's a place where things actually get built. The walls are lined with parts and some old manuals that we still use from time to time. We aren't a massive corporation with a lot of layers. Usually, if someone has a question, they just walk over and ask whoever is nearest. We spend a lot of our time checking valves and sensors to make sure everything is working as it should. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, but we’re used to it by now. The tea stall down the road is where we usually end up during breaks. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and safety notes. It’s a simple, honest way of doing business in a part of town that stays pretty busy with local trade. We keep things grounded and just focus on the engineering tasks that come across our desks each day.
