J.M. Road Bapunagar 1 is where you will find us. Big C Mobile is right there in the middle of all the noise and people. It’s a busy part of town and we see all kinds of folks walking in every single day. Some people just want to look at the new phones and ask a hundred questions. Others come in because they dropped their phone in the sink and they are panicking. We’ve seen it all. The shop floor is usually crowded during the festive seasons. We spend hours explaining the difference between one camera and another. To be honest, most of them work the same way for what people need. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we transfer their data or set up a new SIM card. The air conditioner struggles sometimes when the shop is full of people. We just keep a jug of water in the corner for anyone who needs it. Working here means you don't get much sit-down time. My back usually aches by seven in the evening. But it’s good to be busy. We know the regulars who come in just to say hello or ask for a small favor. It’s a simple business. We don't have a big marketing team. Just us behind the counter trying to keep the customers happy so they come back next time. That is really all there is to it.
