Bhuleshwar Steel & Alloys Pvt Ltd

We are based out of Flat No-12 B in the Sai Cooperative Housing Society in Pashan. It’s a residential area in Pune, which makes the work environment at Bhuleshwar Steel & Alloys Pvt Ltd feel a bit more relaxed than a big industrial zone. Working from a housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. The flat has been converted into an office with a few partitions and desks. We have views of the trees outside, which is nice when things get stressful with the steel and alloy orders. Pashan is a good spot, not too far from the main city but quiet enough to actually get things done. We usually have a lot of samples of different metals sitting on the side tables, gathering a bit of dust. The kitchen area is mostly used for making coffee and storing tiffins. We are a small group, and we’ve known each other for a long time. There is no formal dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. Dealing with alloys requires some concentration, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. Most of our communication is over the phone or through messages. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do every day without needing anything more than a working phone and a decent computer.
