It’s a place where we focus on food and our restaurant work. Narayangaon is a busy town, and being right there in a shop makes us part of the daily bustle. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations. We are just here in Junnar doing our thing. The day starts early with getting the kitchen ready for the customers. There’s a lot of prep work involved in running a food business like this. We have a small team of cooks and cleaners who work together. It’s hard work and the hours are usually long, but we don't mind. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or social media. People usually just know where Shop No 3448 is. We keep the place simple and clean. There are no fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just about the food and getting it to the table for whoever comes in. Sometimes the shop gets very crowded, especially on market days when everyone is out in the streets. We just try to keep up with the orders as they come in. It’s been our life for a while now.
