Bhojan Caterers

Bhojan Caterers is based at C/8 in Gokul Garden. We are right next to the HDFC Bank, which makes us pretty easy to find if you're in the neighborhood. Our setup is quite simple. We aren't trying to be the biggest catering company in the city. We just want to provide food that tastes like it was made with some care. The area around Gokul Garden is usually quite busy with people going to the bank or coming home from work. We see a lot of the same people every day. Our kitchen stays busy from the early hours of the morning. There is always something to be cleaned or something to be chopped. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what keeps the business going. We don’t have a marketing person or anyone to handle social media. We just focus on the cooking and the cleaning. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit late if traffic is bad, but we try our best to be on time for everyone. We use local ingredients and try not to overcomplicate the dishes. It’s just honest cooking for people who need a break from their own kitchens. We’ve been at this spot for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere else. It’s a good little space for what we need and it keeps us busy enough throughout the whole year.
