Bhawani Febrication

Bhawani Febrication is situated in the industrial area of Bhosari, at plot numbers 25 and 26. Our shop is usually loud because of the welding machines and the sound of metal being cut or moved around. It is a practical space where we spend our time working with iron and steel every single day. The floor is often covered in scraps and there is a smell of burnt metal in the air, which is just part of the job. We have a small crew that knows how to handle the heavy equipment. Most of our time is spent measuring twice and cutting once to make sure the pieces fit together like they are supposed to. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a team of salespeople. If you come to Bhosari to see us, you will probably find us in our work clothes dealing with a specific order. It gets hot in the summer under the shed, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. Our location at 25 and 26 makes it easy for trucks to pull in and load up the finished gates or frames we have put together. We don't make big promises, we just look at the drawings and get to work. It is a straightforward business where we rely on our tools and our hands to get through the daily list of tasks. We keep things simple and focus on the physical work.
