If you come down Mumbai Pune Road near the Ex Servicemen Colony, you’ll probably hear us before you see us. Bhagyshri Enterprises Fabrication Work is a noisy place because there is always some welding or cutting going on. We work with a lot of heavy metal and iron. The ground is usually covered in dust and metal scraps. It’s a tough job and our hands are always dirty. We don't have a fancy office; we just have a shed and some space to move the big pieces around. The traffic on the Mumbai Pune Road is constant, so there is a lot of exhaust and sound from the trucks passing by. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most of the guys working here live nearby in the colony or just a short bus ride away. We start early in the morning when it’s a bit cooler. By afternoon, the heat from the torches makes the workshop really hot. We just keep moving and getting the orders ready. There’s no big marketing team here, just a bunch of guys who know how to handle a welding machine. We take on whatever work comes our way, from simple gates to bigger frames. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late if a job is behind.
