If you find yourself driving down Pashanbaner Link Road, you’ll eventually hit the stretch near Paud Road where we are. Our spot is at 41293, and it’s a pretty decent location for what we do. Bhagwan Kulkarni has been working from this area for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic and the local shops nearby. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space where we keep our papers and handle the daily tasks that come our way. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the tea stall next door gets too loud, but we wouldn’t trade it for a fancy corporate park. We know the neighbors by name, and we usually see the same delivery guys every afternoon. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the busy hours, so we mostly walk if we need to get something close by. The building itself is older, with some cracks in the paint and stairs that creak a little when you walk up. We don't use any fancy software to manage our day; we just write things down and make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work gets done right. Most days are just about managing the routine and making sure the shutters go down on time.
